On May 21, 2020 we had the opportunity for a \”virtual coffee\” with Dr. Rob Britton.

Dr. Britton spent almost his entire working career in the crisis-prone airline industry; he became head of advertising and marketing planning at American Airlines two weeks after the “9/11” terrorist attacks in 2001, in which two of American’s planes were used as weapons. In this lively session, Rob discusses broad lessons – beyond communications – for surviving and thriving during and after crises. Rob holds a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota, and completed postdoctoral work at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
